A magical time had by all!
A heartfelt thank you to Nonpoint for generously donating tickets to VET TIX! My friend was given 4 tickets and I had the pleasure of being invited. We had AMAZING seats in the 5th row and 8th row, positioned just to the right of the stage at the legendary Orpheum Theater in Phoenix where we witnessed this remarkable performance on Nov. 15th.
I absolutely adored the intro music and fog, which filled me with excitement and anticipation. The 5 magicians were all exceptional performers and heartbreakers! Young and Strange exude fantastic energy and utilize their personalities and sharp wit to captivate the audience. You wouldn't want to miss a single moment with them. Kayla, the sole female magician (You were awesome!), will captivate you with her charm and mind-boggling close-up tricks and illusions. I particularly loved the elderly gentleman she randomly selected from the crowd. Without uttering a word, he mimicked Kayla's actions with a paper heart. It was truly heartwarming to witness him following her lead, shaping the paper into a heart, and witnessing magic unfold right before our eyes! At the conclusion, the elderly man walked off the stage back into the audience as Kayla stood there with open arms, ready to embrace him. The audience called him back on stage for a touching hug from Kayla. That moment truly melted my heart! Kayla's stage presence is warm, humorous, and endearing. Alex McAleer, the "mind reader," completely blew my mind! I was astounded by his ability to discern details about random individuals and their thoughts! Fernando Velasco, the escape artist, had me on edge during the water escape, fearing he might drown. To my relief, he reappeared in the midst of the audience, almost as if by magic! All five of them will both astonish you and capture your heart. I would eagerly pay to see their performance again! It was truly a magical and unforgettable experience!
